He is intelligent. He is cute. He is Dexter Morgan, America's favorite serial killer who spends his days solving crimes and his nights committing them. During Season 8, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas. His son David Zayas Jr. He replaces his father in some frames, because the two look incredibly similar. Visible throughout the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later in the second season, the scar moved to the right side, leaving the left side unmarked.. Dexter Morgan: I lived in the dark for a long time. Over the years my eyes adjusted until darkness became my world and I couldn't see.. Presented at the 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards (2007). Main theme written by Rolfe Kent Performed by Rolfe Kent. This will be my first review on IMDb, not a day goes by that I don't visit IMDb to check reviews of movies or series I watch, I watch a lot of movies and series. For the first time in my life, I couldn't sleep after watching a series. We've seen prison breaks, heroes, and more. Prison Break and the first season of Heroes was great. They inspired me so much that I got some tattoos on my body. However, both streaks ended as soon as they entered the following season. Heroes was a big let down but DEXTER.. OMG series after series is starting to make me so curious about the next episode.. damn season 4. I just couldn't sleep the whole night after watching it . I spent the weekend watching episodes one after another. To begin with Dexter (Michael C. Hall) his darkness was beyond the edge, he played the role so well that sometimes I wonder if he is the same in real life, but then I discovered that Debra Morgan (Jennifer Carpenter) is a his. real wife who plays his sister in this series. Damn Debra is a character that is so confused and mostly controlled by the people around her, she always ends up doing something bad but she always gets credit for the good things too. I love the part when you find out what happens in Dexters it bothers him when he thinks about something or when someone talks to him, and the part when he talks to his dead father Harry. (Just think what his father would say in this situation). All the episodes/characters and all the seasons are so well written and acted that you can hardly find fault with them. My favorite characters are Dexter (pretty obvious), Rita and Vince Masuka. Damn Vince is so funny, he only says one word in his entire episode and it comes off as hilarious as hell. I can't wait for season 5 and I'm sure anyone who watched Dexter feels the same way I do. (I apologize if my first review has errors and hurt someone's feelings)
