In a mysterious and surreal region somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters intertwine in surprising and mysterious ways. Elementary school students Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in winter ice and attempt to retrieve it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of increasingly confused tourists in search of hidden treasure.
