The filmmakers used what was already available to them

Story

After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to the quaint town of Miles County where he preys on a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. Scenes shot in the movie "Terrifier" haunted house were filmed in a real haunted house called the Fright Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Art's favorite acid is fluoroantimonic acid, which he has in a clear glass bottle. It is a superacid that can dissolve even glass.

Art the Clown:

There is a mid-credits scene in a psychiatric hospital with Chris Jericho as security guard Alan Burke and Leah Voysey as the nurse. The German DVD and Blu-ray releases from Tiberius Film are trimmed by approx. three minutes to ensure a "Not less than 18" rating. rating (this was necessary since the guidelines for video releases are stricter than theatrical releases).

Basically every violent scene has been edited out to tone down the violence. The Nameless Media Mediabook 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray releases are completely uncut and have received a light SPIO/JK approval. What happened was not that

So I went into it hoping it would be the same format as the first. The psycho clown meets some strangers and for 90 minutes takes them out in gruesome fashion. Don't get me wrong, they turned the brutality up to 11 and made it a little funnier. But there were some really extended scenes.

It's so disappointing, I could really go on, but why bother

And I thought they did that to establish the plot and a story that would make it worth watching. They even created plot devices that at first seemed like it was going to be one hell of a sequel. But when the credits rolled, no questions were answered, no plot was resolved.
